“Hôtel bien placé avec tout le confort nécessaire”
The staff were attentive and listening; nothing to add.
The rooms were large and roomy, just a short walk from the Chabad house in the heart of the city, and the staff understood our Shabbat needs regarding keys. We booked three rooms; one was completely fine in terms of smell, but the second and third both had an unpleasant damp, mouldy odor.
The location was spot‑on, with the back entrance right on the waterfront. The room had a mini‑bar and was spacious and clean, but it reeked of sewage. When we complained they seemed to know the issue, put three air purifiers in, turned the AC on before we arrived and added an extra fan. There was no hot water in the shower at night, the towels were worn and frayed, and they refused to give us extra blankets even though the beds were double.
“Grata sorpresa”
The hotel is surprisingly good for a three‑star, I stayed just one night to be near the airport and was pleasantly surprised, and I'd consider it again for longer stays, though our room had a bathtub instead of a shower, which was a bit uncomfortable.
Location was fine, but the staff were lacking.
