“Honeymoon”
The accommodation in Capo Vaticano is really great. The drive to the sea takes about 18 minutes. The owner is very friendly, and contacting him via WhatsApp was hassle‑free. The room was very nice and clean, and a lady came to tidy it up every day. When it was too warm you could turn on the air‑conditioning. You enter the room by a side staircase. Our room had a balcony, which was also well maintained. There was a hair dryer there, so drying clothes or a swimsuit after a swim in the sea and a day at the beach was no problem. A bottle of water was waiting for us in the fridge, which was very nice. The room also had a capsule coffee machine, a kettle, and cups. The bathroom had a hair dryer. A small shop nearby probably has everything, plus a ceramics and souvenir shop. The accommodation is in the same building as a pizzeria, and on the first evening we went there to eat. The pizzas we chose were delicious, so we kept going there for the rest of our stay. I recommend the pizzas and the local wine. If someone needs absolute silence to sleep, the closing hours of the local establishment can be quite noisy. We were just on vacation and slept pretty late. On the last night there was a big storm, and the emergency power probably kicked in, so there was a somewhat irritating light over the door in the room the whole time. But that was an exceptional situation.

The room was so clean, it was spotless! The location is super convenient as well. We had a view looking at Stromboli and the sunset every night, what more can you want! Also, there is a pizza restaurant downstairs!. There wasn’t one thing that we didn’t ile

The hotel is very nice—housekeeping every day, clean and tidy. The restaurant on the first floor is delicious. It’s a 15‑minute walk to the beach; the walk back uphill is a bit tougher, but if you don’t have any mobility issues, I highly recommend it. The view of the volcano from the balcony is breathtaking!
