How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The garden is nice and the rooms are beautiful. The hygiene was poor, the shower head sprayed water everywhere, the restaurant needed a thorough cleaning, and the cutlery and glasses were not clean.

It must have been an exceptional hotel with very beautiful noble materials, marble, precious woods, and silk. It is a ghost hotel in total abandonment. Don’t look for the spa—it’s obsolete. The pool isn’t cleaned. What a pity.

The staff tried their best. You gave the wrong certificate about the hotel’s standards.

I had the most enchanting experience at this hotel from the moment I stepped in. The beautiful architecture and exquisite details perfectly blend elegance and authenticity, transporting me to a magical world reminiscent of the Arabian Nights. The serene atmosphere and captivating spaces made me feel like I was part of a timeless tale.

The Sheherazade Palace is a silent melody that whispers poetry on its walls. Its architecture is a dream, and its decorations are a gentle whisper of time that welcomes the heart before the eyes and grants the soul peace. Its dishes are a wedding of flavors and nostalgia, each bite a promise of surprise, and every aroma a memory. Here, beauty meets hunger, and the place becomes a poem that tastes and is never forgotten.
