How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is great, close to the city and Chinatown. After traveling across Asia and comparing this place to the Furama in Singapore, the value for money feels very low. One issue: as soon as you exit the room, you need to keep your hands free because the bathroom glass is so close that you have to squeeze out of the room.

The hotel is close to many attractions and the central buffet breakfast and other food options are very reasonable. A lovely older lady in the café area was wonderful and helpful. The balcony is locked, and I would have liked to see more than just walls and floor.

The hotel is stunning. The staff were amazing from start to finish. We arrived early in the morning and were able to check in early, which was great, especially with a tired 4‑year‑old. We stayed in the family suite, which was stunning, complete with a toy kitchen and toys to keep my son entertained. The sofa bed was really comfortable, and having a fridge to keep snacks in was very useful. The shower and bath were great, and the bath was huge! Ralph at the bar area was really friendly and gave top customer service. We had the buffet lunch on our last day, which was delicious, with so much variety and very reasonable prices. I used the pool twice, which was very clean, and ample sun loungers and towels were provided (I brought my own), so this is helpful for future guests to know. The hotel is in a fantastic location to Chinatown; you can walk across the footbridge to access China Point. The hotel exceeded my expectations. We have friends coming to Singapore next year and will definitely be recommending this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay. No negatives.
