Good location and the staff were always friendly and helpful, yet the downstairs room near the reception could be a bit noisy.

The location was good, but on the first day there was no hot water; after several requests it was turned on, yet it took a while to start flowing after the water was turned on. The trash from the bin wasn’t thrown out, but souvenir coffee cups with our portraits were thrown away along with personal items on the table. The corridor was noisy, every word could be heard. The iron and ironing board were damaged: water leaked from the iron and the surface was scorched, and the ironing board was just a table with a sheet.
