Getting to see all the animals was sensational, and the catering was exceptional.

Everything on the menu was absolutely delicious, and all the animals were wonderful, especially the giraffes. The lounges were a bit low for older people, but we managed fine.

A once‑in‑a‑lifetime experience! It was worth every penny and the service was amazing throughout.

The spot is great—right in the middle of everything, and the staff were super friendly. The hotel itself had all the usual amenities, so I felt taken care of. The only downside was the check‑out process; it felt a bit rushed and confusing. All in all, a solid stay with just a minor hiccup at the end.
