The staff were attentive and friendly, the back garden and pool were nice, and they served breakfast personally to each guest; the place was actually very clean, with daily housekeeping, and the area was good, only a 15‑20 minute walk to El‑Fnaa, plus the air conditioning worked well. The water pressure was weak, and there was a bit of a lack of maintenance on the facilities, but it didn’t feel bad—just that there was a lot more potential.
