“Very beautiful property but I don’t think I will be visiting again.”

The place was immaculate, but mosquitoes made me uncomfortable, the food didn’t suit me, and the app kept throwing errors when I tried to book restaurants—no one could explain why. When I noticed my last name was misspelled, I realized that was why the app failed, and the customer‑service rep would only say the restaurants were booked out. There was a lot of misinformation about which restaurants required reservations, which left me confused when trying to dine at night.
