The waiters were kind and helpful, especially Tauren and the waitress who checks in for breakfast every morning—she's very attentive. The food was excellent, and I’m grateful to Chef Vidya for her kindness and thoughtfulness, as well as to Guest Manager Vansh Giusta for being very helpful.

The reception team were very kind and supportive, with Vnesh standing out as a great Duty Manager. The waiters were helpful, and Tauren and the breakfast waitress were attentive. The food was excellent, and I especially thank Vidya for her kindness and thoughtfulness. I’ll definitely return on my next trip to Bangalore.

The place had a lovely ambience and the stay was comfortable with excellent facilities, making the trip definitely worth it and I plan to return soon. The reception staff were friendly but they didn't explain where the pool was, where the rooms were located, or how breakfast worked, which I found annoying; otherwise everything else was perfect.
