Super Hotel O New Pacifica Grand

I was thoroughly disappointed with the hotel's cleanliness, as the rooms looked nothing like the pictures and were actually quite dirty, with a swarm of mosquitoes buzzing around. The photos were misleading, and the reality was far from what I expected.

“I’d happily recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again”

I had an incredible experience from start to finish at this hotel. The room was immaculately clean and extremely comfortable, with a refreshing atmosphere throughout. The staff were consistently warm and professional, with a special mention to the receptionist who was incredibly nice. Overall, everything was handled with care and attention, and I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

My stay at this hotel was one of the worst I've ever had, mainly due to the unfriendly staff and the deplorable condition of the room. We arrived late and were questioned about our address, which made us feel uncomfortable. The noise from children and yelling people was loud until 1 am, and to top it off, the room was filthy, with burn holes in the bed and mold in the bathroom. The hospitality was also lacking, making this experience truly unforgettable.

“Average”

Although the staff at this hotel were friendly and welcoming, the hotel's location and lack of facilities were major drawbacks. The hotel's proximity to the railway station was a plus, but it wasn't enough to make up for the other issues.

“Worst hotel experience”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by several issues, including a bizarre location that made it difficult to park my car, dirty rooms with an uncomfortable bed, and a room floor stained with unknown substances. The geyser wasn't working, and the stairs and lobby were also dirty, which made a poor impression.
