The area is very nice, and the rooms are spacious and clean. There’s a large free parking lot right next to the hotel. On the downside, you can easily hear people from other rooms; it was pretty quiet this time, but with more guests it could become noisy.

We’re very satisfied: the place is clean and elegant, rooms are comfortable, the bedding is superb, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the terrace is functional for a late‑night beer with friends. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The inn is close to the town’s main attractions and in a quiet setting.

The location is right next to Lázní Teplice nad Bečvou, close to all the sights. The terrace on the floor or the option to sit outside is handy, the bus stop is nearby, and it’s right next to one of the springs. Rooms are spacious, modernly furnished, clean, and well prepared. Communication is clear and precise. The only downside is the proximity to a busy road; with the windows closed the noise level is normal.

The accommodation is very nice and comfortable. The only regret is that the wine bar downstairs no longer works, but I understand.

This was our second stay at the villa, which says everything: we were satisfied again. The room’s equipment, the kitchenette, the beautiful terrace, ample space everywhere, the superb bathroom, the quiet environment, the greenery everywhere, and the pleasant, communicative managers all contributed to a great experience. I could hardly find any flaw.
