The staff were friendly, but after checking in we found tools and a floor dryer left in the room; the front desk came to inspect, and when we asked for a different room he hesitated before giving us another one, and later I learned it was his first week—unsure why he was left alone so soon.

I liked the location and the easy access from the highway and interstate, plus the lighted parking; however, the curtains didn’t block the street lights, so the room wasn’t dark enough.
