The location was perfect, with a great space and a wonderful view. However, some items were missing such as an electric coffee maker, a milk jug, a sink squeegee, and there were many difficulties accessing the building’s service area; I had to identify myself every time. When my girlfriend was in the car, they asked if I was with someone else.

The accommodation was good, with two large rooms. I had selected the Premium Flat Ponta Negra but was assigned to the Praia Calma Flat. It wasn’t the same setup as shown in the photos, but they explained that they have three towers. Some kitchen utensils were missing and the frying pan needs to be replaced urgently. The pool was a little dirty.

The location and structure were good. The only downside was that there was no 24‑hour physical concierge and the kitchen could have been better equipped.

The place was spotless and tidy, the location was amazing, the pool was great, and overall there was nothing to complain about. The only downside was the lack of Wi‑Fi, but mobile data handled that fine.

Localização , conforto. Precisava avisar q não tem Wi-Fi. Não me mandaram a senha mas iriam cobrar e tive que correr atrás para entrar no apartamento. Chuveiro ruim
