The only drawback was the towel policy: I had to leave used towels on the floor outside the door for staff to pick up, and when I requested fresh ones they only gave me about two towels and two washcloths. For a large family that’s insufficient, especially since we’re paying for the room and amenities. Moreover, during my stay from Thursday to Sunday, no one ever came into the room to clean it, so it remained dirty.
