“Amazing staff and facilities”
The staff were incredible, going above and beyond with English support and even extending a rental car booking over the phone despite the language barrier; we were pleasantly surprised by their effort. The sunset photos taken during dinner were priceless, and we’re already looking forward to returning to Cypress Resort when we can.
The location was excellent, the pool was great and the kids loved it, but the beach was dirty and rundown with lots of garbage everywhere; a proper rake would have made it much cleaner and nicer.

It was quiet and relaxing; breakfast offered a wide variety and tasted great, and the morning sparkling‑wine unlimited drink was a nice touch. The big public bath felt wonderful, and renting a beach towel for 100 yen was convenient. The only downside was that the hotel felt a bit dated.
