Nice people, great location.

The location near the city centre and the nearest tram was great, plus a parking option was offered and there was a convenient lounge. The beds were sagging, the bathrooms tiny with some shower doors not closing properly. Management clearly cuts corners on the coffee machines; two of three were broken and no backup with coffee in thermos flasks was considered. The buffet was very confusing, not sustainable (lots of small cups) and had no labels on the dishes, leading to mix‑ups. Even the cutlery had to be fetched by guests (no go!).

The staff were all really friendly and helpful, which made my stay enjoyable.

The room was very noisy. The coffee machines kept breaking down.
