Nicoleta made my check‑in incredibly quick and easy. I arrived earlier than the scheduled time, but she arranged for my room to be ready a few hours early. She was always responsive and accommodating, which made my stay even better. The instructions for accessing the building and the room were clear. The room itself was lovely and spotless, with thoughtful touches like flowers and collectible ceramic cups that made it feel special. It had everything I needed: plenty of hand soap, body wash, shampoo, a coffee and tea maker, a hairdryer, soft lighting, and a bottle of fresh drinking water. Wi‑Fi was strong and fast, the desk was spacious enough to work comfortably, and the room was quiet and easily accessible. Another thoughtful gesture was that Nicoleta let me leave my luggage after checkout and pick it up later that day before I left, which made my travel arrangements easier. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. The combination of a lovely, well‑equipped room and Nicoleta’s genuine kindness and hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

The place was spot on for our short visit; the room was bigger than expected, with a modern dual‑basin bathroom and a balcony that was a nice bonus. Nicoleta was an excellent host and let us stash our bags after checkout. I’d definitely recommend it, especially if you’re only in Rome for a night or two.

We loved the location, the room was clean, roomy, and Nicoleta was quick to help with everything we needed. Everything else was great! If you’re wary of an old elevator, you might not like it, but I thought it was fine.
