The place is very simple, but it has a parking lot in front and breakfast. The bathroom is crude.

The comfort, location, and the warm, generous treatment from the owners made it a place I’ll definitely return to.

Adriana was great and did her best to give us a good experience; my daughter and I liked the room’s location and could walk to the beach. The inn is new, and while Adriana tried to make us feel welcome, there’s still a lot to improve. On the first evening, a cockroach jumped onto our bed; I messaged Adriana but she only checked in the next day, and we slept with the bed sheets smelling of the bug. She replaced the linens the following day. Breakfast was basic—coffee, bread, cheese, ham, eggs, and tapioca. After the incident, I wanted to leave but stayed. No other guests were present. The room had just been painted and smelled of cement and paint, causing my daughter a mild allergy. The bathroom was very cramped, uncomfortable for children, and I reported this to Adriana with no action taken. On the last day, while we were preparing to leave at 12:30 pm, Adriana’s husband slammed the room door hard and told us to leave, claiming checkout was already set and that other guests were due for that room—even though it was low season and all rooms were empty. That rude treatment was unacceptable. I won’t return because of these two incidents, especially the rudeness and lack of courtesy. I later understood that only Adriana directly handles guests. I don’t recommend it; the area offers many lodging options—spend a bit more for a more comfortable place with better hospitality.

The inn is run by its owners who are very friendly, making our stay pleasant. Breakfast is very complete, and the location is excellent—just two blocks from the best beach (xareu). I would add a clothesline in the rooms and a restocking of bathroom accessories.

The owners, Reginaldo and Adriana, gave top‑class service throughout my stay. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection that included tapioca, fruit, juices and more. The lodge sits just 100 meters from the beach, making it a great spot. I’ll definitely come back next time and I highly recommend it.
