The hotel was spotless and well maintained, and our Twin Sea Front room was spacious, newly renovated, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The sea view was beautiful, the furniture felt modern, there was plenty of storage, the bathroom was nice, and the water pressure was excellent. Housekeeping cleaned the room properly every day. The beach area was one of the best parts of the hotel. Access to the sea was very easy and close, and the arrangement of the sunbeds on different terraces was excellent, offering beautiful views and a very comfortable atmosphere. The reef provided an enjoyable snorkeling experience with a good variety of marine life. The gardens and greenery were very well cared for, and all the main facilities were available and working properly. The staff were one of the strongest points of the hotel. Everyone we dealt with was polite, respectful, friendly, and genuinely willing to help. A special thank you to Abdel Fattah at the towel and sunbed area. He was exceptionally helpful, polite, friendly, and professional, and always tried to make guests comfortable. He made our beach experience even better. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the beachfront restaurant had a beautiful setting, excellent views, comfortable seating, and very helpful staff. The salmon steak I tried was tasty and enjoyable. Overall, the hotel offers a very pleasant resort experience, especially because of the excellent staff, cleanliness, sea‑front rooms, beach setup, and beautiful views. The television was very old, and the kettle was small and not very convenient to use. Water, tea, and bathroom amenities such as shower gel were supplied in quite limited quantities, so we frequently needed to request refills. The bathroom also lacked proper ventilation. Some of the flooring around the swimming pools looks quite plain and would benefit from renovation or a more attractive finish. Some exterior paintwork around the resort also needs refreshing. The coral reef was enjoyable, but the healthiest coral was concentrated mainly in a few areas, while other sections contained more dead coral. It was a satisfying snorkeling experience, although not the best reef I have experienced in the Sharks Bay area. Breakfast was varied and offered plenty of choice, but the overall taste was fairly standard. It was neither poor nor exceptional and did not have the richness or distinctive quality that would make breakfast a highlight of the stay. The beachfront restaurant was enjoyable, but the prices felt quite high compared with typical restaurant prices in a tourist destination. The lobby was usually crowded, and the lighting and layout made it feel more like a waiting area than a comfortable lounge for relaxing. The animation programme was acceptable but not particularly memorable. The location is reasonable, but most attractions and areas outside the resort require a taxi or car.
