I can't say much because of the inconvenience I had to endure, but the night staff tried to be very helpful with my issues, and I appreciated that they accommodated me with a temporary room to get dressed for my event. The problem was that I had a prior engagement and requested early arrival, yet when I arrived there was nothing available; the desk staff seemed reluctant to help, and even after arriving between 12:30 and 2:00 I still couldn't get a room, so I had to stay at a family member's house in Silver Springs.

It was conveniently located for my travels, the room was large and clean, but the carriage had a big hole and looked very outdated.
