The futon was fluffy and let me sleep soundly, but overall the lighting throughout the place was dim.
The town of Manazuru is tiny but pleasant for a stroll, and the apartment sits a little farther from the main station, though still reachable on foot; the balcony offers a nice view. Unfortunately, the smoking rooms carried a strong, old‑smoke odor far worse than any other place I've stayed, and the facilities were quite basic.
