Everything was in order, but unfortunately there were 3 mosquitoes, 2 bedbugs, and just before check‑out a Forficula auricularia appeared.

Nothing satisfied us. The duvet cover, sheets and towels were all yellow and dirty, and we even saw tiny ants on the bed. The room was tiny and the door lock was an old‑fashioned key lock, not a card system. To make matters worse, when we checked out the receptionist was chatting, so we were left waiting for six or seven minutes; after we finally left she went back up to inspect the room, and later that afternoon she called to ask why we hadn’t checked out yet. The management was terrible and left us completely baffled.

The front desk lady, Bạn Hằng, was very welcoming and helpful. There were no complaints.
