The spot is gorgeous, the hotel feels cozy and the rooms stay clean. We were really let down because the pool was closed when we arrived, even though we booked the place mainly for the kids to swim. We noticed the season had ended in the evenings, and the restaurant rooms were shut, so we could only stay in our room or outside, where we got bitten by mosquitoes.

The location was great, and the terrace offered a nice view. Young staff run the place, and it’s modern and very comfortable. We stayed just one night and could see ourselves returning, but the pool listed in the booking was closed and the elevator was out of service. We wish we’d known when those closures would happen before booking.

The staff welcomed us warmly, were kind and helpful, and the whole place feels like a family home that instantly puts you at ease. The natural surroundings are evident and the setting itself is gorgeous. The venue works great for meetings, parties or celebrations thanks to its spacious, well‑furnished areas that still let you enjoy the nearby nature. Breakfast was absolutely satisfying for every need.

The location is wonderful amid fruit, almond, and wine orchards, and the nearby town of Dozza, worth a visit, is perfectly close. Check‑in is straightforward and very friendly. Bringing a dog is no problem. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely return.
