The staff was very nice. The room was different from the pictures, the street was extremely loud and there were very noisy people in the apartment deep into the night. Because of the clientele, there was also grime from drunken guests. We could barely sleep that night. The kitchen had a very unpleasant greasy smell and they didn’t provide two sets of bedding, so we had to call in the evening, but they responded fairly quickly.

Room on the 3rd floor with a courtyard view – very quiet for a central location, all white décor, very roomy for a single person, mattresses are excellent, overall very practical – no street noise (luckily). The tram stop Rathaus/Fünffensterstraße is under 100 m away, with direct routes to KS Hbf and KS‑Wilhelmshöhe at least eight times an hour. I have no complaints about what the host could improve, except maybe: the room lock uses a colorful key – a profile cylinder with a flat key would be more suitable; perhaps bring a lock‑pick set!
