My 85‑year‑old mum and the rest of the family spent a night here and said the staff were approachable and accommodating. The place was clean, tidy, and had parking. The pool was spotless and the billiard hall was nice. We dined and had breakfast at the villa, rating the food an 8. Overall, great value and a pleasant stay.

We love the treatment and services provided by all the staff of the resort, especially the food served to us. The dinner was superb value for money 100%, and the free breakfast super wow. Nabusog po kami. Great food and resort. Just repair the shower heater. We love the swimming pool but we have difficulty with the shower it was really cold

The location is good, but the bathroom, kitchen utensils, and overall appearance are disappointing. The villa looks fine in pictures, but there is no dining room, fridge, or gas stove for cooking. As a family with kids, we often cook on vacation and requested an electric kettle and rice cooker, but none were provided. The worst part was that at 9 am the water supply was cut off; we asked the neighboring villa and they confirmed they still had water, meaning we were the only ones affected. I tried calling and messaging multiple times with no response—rude. We came all the way to Manila for a vacation, left without cleaning the villa, and couldn't even wash ourselves.
