The price was good. The location… it’s in a nightlife area, so it’s noisy at night and crowded, and there’s no elevator on the 4th floor.

The price was reasonable and the hotel is only a 5‑minute walk from Ueno Station and Ueno Park. The area gets very noisy at night, staying loud until late, so it’s a very lively neighborhood.
