The bed was super comfortable, the facilities were great, and the staff were phenomenal; a power outage on the first day was handled quickly by the team, especially the man at reception (I never got his name) who was amazing, and everyone else I met was very friendly—thanks to all of them! The WiFi in the room was spotty and the hotel is a bit far from town, but neither of those matters; I’d still highly recommend it.

The staff were friendly and kind, the pool was nice, and the room was big with a fridge and AC; changing rooms was easy when we asked. However, there was a slight moldy smell in the rooms, the bedsheets were full of hair that wasn’t ours, the towels were a bit broken and poor, and the beds were a little too hard.

This hotel is a gem; the staff were absolutely wonderful and the hospitality perfect. My room and rest were met with peace and tranquility, and I will stay here again and recommend the Central Blanche Residence hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap, Cambodia for its price and complete comfort. I absolutely enjoyed the entire residence and all their beautiful staff, and I even obtained a long‑term residence within walking distance from the hotel. I met wonderful new friends through the staff that I’d like to keep saying hello to as I pass by every day. Great location, great people.
