“Horrible and cramped”
The room was just the size of a Dog Kennel. In your ad it was shown as 100 soft. But actually it was below 50 soft. A very very crampy bathroom with a very old and unclean commode. For this Rs.1700 , we will get a 180 soft clear and neat room in other hotels in Trivandrum. This is worst ever room I ever stayed. There was nothing to like there. Starting from the unwelcoming reception staff to the crampy scary untidy room and the good for nothing breakfast. We will get very good rooms in Trivandrum with ac for half the price of this every where
Staff were professional and helpful. Bed sheets where torn from places Bathroom sink has molds

nothing. we paid online. we had the receipt too but they lied to us saying they didn’t get payment and charged again at the hotel in cash

I lost my ring there . I asked them to search in the room. They searched . Not got. I told Them to check the corridor . They told they will check cctv. But not done. Not got my ring back
