“Not a good value”
The room was fine, but I was disappointed that the bar and restaurant were closed, the breakfast was mediocre, and room service only cleaned at their scheduled time rather than when we returned from the day.

I had my wallet stolen after leaving it at the front desk; the GM handed it to someone else who wasn’t the owner, even though it was obvious it wasn’t theirs.

The hotel felt old‑fashioned, the breakfast offered stale donuts, cereal, and yogurt that had a smoky scent, and it definitely seemed like a place for partying.

Nothing positive at all—everyone was rude. The place was infested with bed bugs and roaches, and the GM was a disrespectful, unprofessional asshole. Speak clear English before you curse someone on the phone.

We booked the room to relax on the patio and fire pits after a concert, but they were shut down. The elevator on the 6th floor was slow, making us almost miss our Uber.
