“Comfortable and well equipped lodge on a lovely site.”

Everything was very clean and fully equipped. The owners gave us a nice gift pack with wine, water, biscuits and sweets. The spot on the site has almost no traffic noise and a perfect lake view, so we’ll return. No complaints. It was a warm week, but the fan was helpful.

“Fab find”

We loved everything and gasped when we walked in—it was beautiful. The design and décor are well thought out, with thoughtful touches like toiletries, washing up items, welcome treats, and the best part: duck food. My daughter adored feeding the ducks, who visited daily for food. We felt at home and were sad to leave. We loved everything; no fault of the lodge, but if you’re fishing, be aware that a lot of weed makes it hard. The lodge itself had no complaints. Communication with the owners was great and they were very helpful.

Absolutely amazing! Everything was cleaned to a very high standard, the views were incredible, and it’s a tranquil place to relax. The lodge is beautiful and the welcome basket was very thoughtful. I can’t wait to go back. The only downside was that we had to leave.

“Awesome”

Absolutely everything. From a little welcome pack with wine and chocolate which was a lovely touch. The location, the view of the pond. I felt so at home from the moment I arrived and I didn't want to leave. Will 100% be back as I enjoyed every second of being there
