“Clean, breakfast available, great location, good price but DARK rooms, outdated.”
The price was good, breakfast was included, the location was great, and I didn’t have to pay a deposit as a repeat customer; the bed was comfortable. The room was dark, had old rust‑colored paint and early 90s décor—super outdated and too dark for me. The lobby furniture and décor were laughably bad, and my friends and I waited an eternity for the desk lady to appear, which was unacceptable. Still, it’s cheaper than nearby properties, has a pool, and if you can tolerate the darkness it’s worth it, though I can only manage it a few times a month since I’m in Roanoke twice a month.
