“Will not be staying there again.”
The breakfast was great, but the room carried a heavy cigarette smell and was extremely noisy; guests stayed out late and every movement was audible.

The price was reasonable, the kitchen was well equipped, and breakfast was fine, yet the elevator and hallways were scorching hot and had no air conditioning.

Breakfast was acceptable and the location was fine, but the bed felt a bit too firm.

I adore the kitchen—everything is neatly arranged—and the walk‑in shower is gorgeous; I’ll return because everything about this hotel, including the plentiful breakfast, is lovely. The staff were all professional; Alexis handled check‑in smoothly, and another black American gentleman with braids greeted us with a smile—though I couldn’t get his name, his professionalism was evident.

The place is spotless and conveniently located near shopping and the Coliseum for concerts and comedy shows, but the pillows were inadequate and we didn’t sleep well.
