The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and guided us perfectly, which made us very happy. The hotel sits right in the center of Grindelwald, and the station is just in front of the building, so travelers will find it hard to find a better spot. For me, it was a flawless hotel. No complaints.

The room was clean and cute, compact and quiet. The only downside was that there were three steps at the entrance, making it difficult to lift heavy luggage.

The spot was great, right next to the train station. The view of Aiguille Peak was breathtaking. The rooms were too small, and on the busy main street, people who care about a quiet environment might not like it.

The location was superb, just steps from Grindelwald Station and along Main Street, making it incredibly convenient. From 3 pm, all guests could use the breakfast/picnic area, which had a microwave, disposable cutlery, and hot water, a big plus because we could pick up food from Coop and enjoy it on the open terrace. Breakfast offered decent variety and the staff were friendly. The only issue was the lack of air conditioning, so we kept the windows slightly open for ventilation; it wasn’t a problem, but it could be terribly cold in winter.
