Quiet and peaceful surroundings. The room was roomy, stocked with plenty of coffees and teas, and the toilet facilities were excellent. Overall a great place in a good spot with a terrific breakfast. Nothing to complain about.

The room was large with a lovely bathroom, very comfortable and bright during the day but could be made dark for sleeping. Breakfast was great, high quality, served with a beautiful countryside view. The hosts were welcoming and helpful.

A gorgeous, luxurious room with a deluxe bathroom. For walkers and cyclists they also serve dinner in their huge kitchen. The food is good (lasagne recommended) and the breakfast includes fresh fruit. It’s special to stay on such a remote, off‑the‑grid farm.

This place is arguably one of the best in the UK for anyone wanting to escape city hustle and just breathe. The hosts are pleasant and the breakfast, as everyone says, was amazing. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and have everything you need. There isn’t much to complain about; it’s deliberately far from city life, so plan ahead for certain things or be ready to drive a bit to get them. The drives are peaceful, so it’s a win‑win.
