“Great hotel - and value for money”
Everything was perfect: the place sits in a great spot right next to Edmonton West Mall, so I avoided the city traffic, the room was spacious with a top‑class bathroom, everything was spotless, and the staff were friendly and helpful all the time – great value for the price.
The staff were cool, but overall it didn’t meet my expectations.

The breakfast was literally tasteless; we stayed four days and bought the breakfast add‑on each day. Brunch on the weekend offered very limited choices. The beds were very comfortable. The lobby looked nice until you reach your floor, where the carpets on the 4th floor are stained and ripped. Other properties from this company were in much better condition. Housekeeping came every second day, so I had to request extra coffee, cups, etc. daily.
