“Idéal pour une nuit”

The receptionist behaved in an unacceptable way at the front desk, refusing to rent the room to a friend I had booked for, demanding several IDs, and was aggressive; we had to leave the hotel, and the room cost was still charged to me.

The location is convenient. Avoid it entirely. When we entered the hotel we wondered where we were; the entrance was under renovation, the counter was dusty and unused, water was dripping inside the lobby, and there was a trash bin in the courtyard—none of this was mentioned in the listing. Later in the middle of the night we were woken by a bed that broke while we were on a different floor (click‑clack). The hotel even tried to charge us for the damage, even though we suffered the inconvenience. Run.

I rarely write a bad review; this is the first time it’s so bad. There were no towels, no toilet paper, no soap… I know it’s cheap and meant for a night’s stay, but it was that bad. In the building, it’s unclear where the receptionist is… he doesn’t greet you, he doesn’t know basic English. Very many problems.

Nothing positive. Nothing negative – it’s about to collapse, not safe.
