Right on the boardwalk and close to everything, with a dedicated parking lot that made me feel safe. There were no safes, just lockboxes in the room, and everything had a drop ceiling. I noticed either black mildew or mold in the shower—what else could be hiding up there?

The hotel is in a good location, rooms are well equipped with all the little necessities, and the hotel is old but in decent condition. The pillows and bedding are very clean. The cleanliness could be higher; the ceilings are dusty and the bathroom is full of limescale and even damp spots in some places.

The staff were very nice and the room was super clean. The pool was very small and overcrowded, and the water was so warm it made us feel grossed out. We don’t usually use a pool at the beach, but our child wanted to jump in for a little.

There was plenty of parking for the busy weekend, the room was great, clean, ready before check‑in time, and had everything we needed. The view was excellent and the location was also phenomenal for the festival. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked properly, and the customer service at check‑in was perfect. Franco was the best. I can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you all for everything.
