The place is very clean, offers great customer service, and is located near the airport. The AC unit in the room was a little noisy.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The security was an issue.

Overall, it was average and not bad, but nothing noteworthy. The road from the airport to the city is under construction, so the surrounding road conditions are poor, but this should improve eventually (perhaps after the World Cup?).

At first, I was quite frustrated because we arrived exhausted at around 1:30 a.m., and the initial experience wasn’t great. There were a few men smoking right by the entrance, which didn’t feel safe, and the elevator from the parking area didn’t work without a special card—something we only found out after a lot of hassle and calling the hotel. We even had to change rooms because the first one had stained sheets. However, once everything was settled, the rest of the stay improved significantly. The staff was apologetic and helpful. The highlight was definitely the breakfast—it was incredibly generous and included steak and other items you rarely see, even in the U.S. That truly turned things around for us. We didn’t like the initial experience at all. The entrance area felt unsafe due to people smoking outside late at night, and it was confusing to access the hotel from the parking area. We had to walk outside with our luggage in the early hours because we couldn’t use the elevator without a key card. Also, finding the hotel was a challenge due to construction and a confusing location. And, of course, discovering stained sheets in the first room was very unpleasant
