The view was the only thing I liked. The door/large window to the room could only be locked from the inside, and the Wi‑Fi was extremely unreliable throughout almost the entire hotel. I paid for two nights but essentially only stayed one.

The view and staff attention were nice. There are no keys in the rooms, and when I tried to let someone in at 3 am, the food lacked all the usual ingredients on the menu.

I didn’t find any problems because the hotel was under renovation, something the app didn’t mention. But the hotel was still closed to the public, yet the app charged me for the stay even though we never left the property.

The spot was convenient because it was close to the event we attended, but they had no record of our reservation upon arrival and didn’t give us a room until 16:00, even though check‑in was supposed to be at 13:00 – very irritating.
