The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and the location is great. The swimming pool is huge and stunning. The bedroom set could use an upgrade, but the rooms are very clean and spacious.

“Very good!”

The property blew us away, especially since we were already ill when we arrived. Every staff member was kind and went out of their way to meet our needs, offering all the help we could ask for. The hotel is a bit out of town, yet the connectivity is excellent, and the surroundings are quiet, clean, and green. They even arranged transportation for us. We’re deeply grateful for the whole team's kindness.

I had a fantastic stay at this place. The welcome was especially warm, and the whole team was very available and attentive. Manoj genuinely cares about showing the region and always took time to suggest activities and help plan my days. Thanks to his recommendations, I got to see the beautiful landscapes and tea plantations around Munnar. The room was very comfortable, the service attentive, and I truly enjoyed the family‑friendly vibe of the hotel. It was a wonderful experience, with a human touch that really matters. I recommend it without hesitation and will gladly return if I go back to Munnar.
