“Very bad experience would never book it”

The staff are mature, which helps make the stay feel more cohesive. I would have rated it lower, but the rating system doesn’t allow negatives. Don’t rely on the app’s photos; the rooms are smaller than a suitcase, so you can stretch your hand and touch both walls. The washroom feels like a train bathroom—showering is awkward because you have to sit on a dumping pot. It’s basically a capsule hotel called Banaras Hotel. The staff are helpful, but comfort depends on you: the bedsheets were dirty, and you have to ask 100 times for water or towels.

“Location is good but still we can get better options in this price”

The best part is the location—perfect if you just want to visit the temple and ghats. The bathroom was terrible and clogged, and the hotel never fixed it after several attempts. There’s no kitchen, and they only serve food from Saffron, which is pricey.

The rooms are comfortable with a good bed and nice light in the bathroom, and the location is great. I had to change rooms late at night because of “security reasons”; all guests in rooms with windows facing the main street, including me, were moved. I ended up with a smaller room and a smaller bathroom, and the staff couldn’t explain the security reason.
