Attention! This review refers to the apartment, not to a single room. The apartment is spotless, with a main entrance at street level with only one step and a secondary entrance from a small garden on the other side of the isolated building with 2–3 steps that are a bit uncomfortable for people with mobility issues. The apartment is single‑story with air conditioning and an effective fan in the bedroom, spacious rooms, and a well‑equipped kitchen with gas burners. There isn’t a classic moka pot, but a coffee maker with pods. A microwave would make the kit perfect. The bathroom has a window. The shower is fairly spacious, with a sink, toilet, and bidet (the bidet is a bit large and I couldn’t use it because it’s too close to the wall, so I used the shower!). There is a fairly large free parking space in front of the rear entrance. If you’re lucky, you might find a spot right outside the main entrance (also free and no time limit), but watch out for street‑cleaning days. About 10 minutes on foot there are a few bars, restaurants, and some take‑away spots, while a supermarket takes about 10 minutes by car. The nearest beach is about 15 minutes on foot and can be reached via a tunnel from the train station. Note that there is both a bit of free beach and chalets (umbrella + 2 loungers about 20 euros per day). The host is friendly, helpful, and very nice. Nothing else.

I highly recommend this place. Everything was in perfect order – rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The owners were very friendly, kind, and helpful, which made the stay pleasant. We will definitely come back and suggest it to anyone looking for a quiet and enjoyable lodging.
