The location. The fire detector was over the bed and that red light was a bit annoying.

The breakfast was the best part of the hotel: it was tasty, offered a good variety, and the service was excellent.

The location is great and easy to reach from the main attractions. I want to point out the young man at reception who is always ready to help, as well as the staff who serve breakfast. The breakfast menu gives several options to choose from. The housekeeping in the rooms and overall hotel cleanliness is quite good. The only thing I didn't like was the poor service from the night‑shift receptionist on 8 September; she was unfriendly, answered poorly, and showed little interest in her job. She should learn from her daytime colleague, who is a good example to follow.
