“Pelayanan yg sangat - sangat buruk”

I made a booking through a popular booking app, but the hotel's service was extremely poor. Despite paying in full, I was told that the room was fully booked, and I wouldn't get a refund. “Warning: Do not go to this hotel!!!”

I booked this hotel for my driver, but the experience was a disaster from the start. The price I paid included all taxes and additional costs, but when my driver arrived, I was asked to pay an additional 132,000 IRP, which I had already paid. I complained to the hotel owner, but they refused to refund the money, leaving me with a terrible impression of their service.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by several issues. Upon arrival, I was asked to pay an additional 20,000 Rupiah per room, which I felt was unfair since the booking app already included a 10% tax. The room lacked basic amenities like complimentary water, toiletries, and towels, and when I requested towels, I was told they were still wet. The air conditioner didn't work, and there was only one working electrical outlet, which was located near the TV.
