The B&B sits in a charming spot and the room was clean and comfortable; a short walk leads to a waterfall, and the property is close to Robin Hood's Bay. However, a hook in the bathroom would be useful for hanging clothes, the lighting felt a bit harsh—lower‑wattage soft bulbs might help—and, as others noted, noise from neighboring rooms and the one above can be loud.

The facilities are high‑spec and the evening meal is available.

It was a lovely, quiet walk to a waterfall and a woodland café; breakfast was self‑serve with everything needed, and the farmhouse itself was charming.

Lovely welcome and shown to our twin bed room, which we were very pleased with. Tge beds were very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Nice and quiet. Not a cooked breakfast but exceptional choice of cereal, fruit, pastries, croissants, yoghurts etc. My friend didn't like the dark wood in the room but I felt it made it cosier
