The hotel’s resort‑style vibe, wide grounds, lush gardens, and many recreational facilities make it a solid pick for families or anyone wanting a relaxing break. However, the first room had an unpleasant toilet odor, which the staff handled professionally and moved us to a new room right away, something we appreciated. The second issue was the bed sheets; they didn’t look clean at check‑in, so we asked for replacements. The staff swapped them quickly, but the new sheets still had visible stains. They seemed freshly laundered, yet the laundry quality clearly needs improvement, as stained linens give a less clean and comfortable impression.

The room and facilities were top-notch, with really nice bathrooms - it all felt quite luxurious. However, the menu didn't really impress, and the food that I tried wasn't that great. Overall, it was a bit of a mixed bag.

The bedding was really comfortable, which was a nice surprise. On the downside, we showed up for breakfast around 8:45 and it was almost over - they didn't refill the food, which was a bit frustrating.
