The staff were welcoming, the building was clean, the room was spacious, and the location was ideal. A small improvement to the breakfast buffet would be much appreciated.

The location is fabulous—you can get there and leave by water taxi right to the hotel. Everything you want is within a 10‑minute easy walk. It feels a bit old‑styled, with some stray and convoluted distribution, but nothing serious.

We had a great location, though it was a bit confusing to find the first time, but once we got there it was perfect. We missed breakfast, but the top‑floor honor bar was fully stocked and excellent! The water taxi picked us up right at the hotel’s front door to head to the airport. We can’t think of anything we didn’t like about the hotel or the staff.
