The staff were excellent, and because they handled the situation so well I don't feel the need to comment further.
The rooms were clean, the staff pleasant, and the breakfasts fantastic.

Incredibile!!!!!…the rooftop…the real gem of the hotel…dining there is magic…the rest is all a jewel, professional and elegant staff…excellent breakfast with sweet, savory, fruit, and every request possible. The location is equally breathtaking with lake, sea, and mountain views…the restaurant food is excellent…Thanks again to everyone.

We arrived at 2 am after our wedding, and despite being tired, I was positively impressed by the receptionist, who instead of just handing us the key and telling us to go to the floor, took our bags, smiled at that hour, and walked us to the room—so I’m giving the highest score for that. The breakfast was excellent and the dining staff were very kind! 👋🏻 See you next time.

The location, parking, and beach were great, the breakfast was superb, the room had a nice view, and the bed was comfortable, but the air‑conditioning and lighting system were hard to operate.
