I booked a room for a family member and the staff were very friendly, giving clear directions. Ordering coffee or water from the restaurant was easy and hassle‑free. I liked that they were available and the modern digital locks with passcodes impressed me.
“Perfect value for money stay during Untold”
The room was great for a solo traveller and very affordable, especially since I stayed during Untold. It was spacious and clean, had a double bed, a decently sized wardrobe, TV and a dressing table. The air conditioning worked perfectly in the hot weather. The room probably needed some modernising, but that didn’t affect my stay at all.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the value for money was good.
