The balcony offered great views, the staff were very friendly, the food was amazing, the rooms were clean, and the pool was nice. I loved everything.

The pool closed quite early. I asked for help with the A/C in my room but never received assistance, so it stayed on the whole time and the room got very cold. The breakfast was bad.

The location was perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the room was large and airy. The bathroom felt a bit tired; it was clean with plenty of hot water and towels but could use a facelift.

The room was lovely, spacious, and offered a great view over the lake with a bath. The pool was clean and beautiful. However, there was building work, hotel rewiring, and patio relocation outside, and the overall decor was dated. Breakfast was average, served in paper cups instead of china, with no fruit or yoghurt.
